- You will be informed of real estate values in your area and we will help you decide the right asking price for your home.
- Your home will be listed in the local Multiple Listing Service within 24 hours, where +/-1,000 local agents can view your property and immediately share the information with their buyers.
- We will also do all we can to assist and encourage other agents to bring their qualified buyers.
- Your custom marketing plan will direct where and when your home will be advertised, including in print & TV media, and on the Internet.
- You will be advised on how best to present your home to meet your goals.
- You will be informed of showings and what the agents and buyers had to say about your home, good or bad.
- The qualifications of every buyer will be investigated before you accept an offer on your home.
- We will protect you by maintaining your 'arm's-length' relationship with your buyer.
- You will be contacted regularly if you like, and given you updates on your home sale.
- You will be educated about contract issues and provided professional advice when offers are submitted to help you make an informed decision.
- Negotiations and counter-offers will go smoothly with our help.
- We will be present for all home inspections.
- You will be given a timeline and we will police that contract timeline and verify that all requirements are met.
