Real Estate Apprentice
An Apprenticeship is perfect for if you are new to the real estate business. You will work side-by-side with a veteran until you have the experience you need to help customers on your own.
You don’t have to go it alone.
You’ll be part of the Team, helping us create an excellent experience for our customers by assisting with the day-to day business and keeping sales on track. You’ll also be learning alongside our sales associates so you know what it takes to succeed as a full-time agent.
This position is a stepping stone for your career. You’ll work with an expert, learning from them and helping them with anything from showings to closings. Your income will depend on how involved you are in the sales transactions and is often anywhere from 15% to 70% of the commission on a sale.
You’ll also get coaching and training alongside our full-time Sales Associates. After you feel confident that you’ve learned enough from being an apprentice you can start being the lead on real estate transactions and eventually only calling on your manager when you have questions.
Depending on your background you will be able to become one of our full-time agents in anywhere from 3 months to 2 years after you started as an apprentice and become a top producer in the community.
