Is Your To-Do List Keeping You Awake?

“Oh my gosh, did I forget to order that survey!?”

How many times have you sat up in the middle of the night wondering this same thing?

When you are busy with a few offers and a few listings in the same week you start to panic because you just don’t want to forget to do anything. So, you get one of those large black calendar books and start writing reminders in it. Even if you have a calendar in your (insert electronic gadget here) you still do this to be sure you don’t miss anything.

And what do you write in

that black book? The calendar of events for a sale? Any showings or listing appointments?  Your marketing checklist?

You never write in “send listed customers updates on their properties“, or “send an update email to that potential buyer who asked for info about a month ago“.

If you are busy you just don’t have time for this kind of follow up. It can wait… and then you wonder why the seller withdraws their listing and goes with someone else, or why you lost that buyer to another agent.

At Seide Realty you won’t see our agents carrying one of those books around because they don’t use them to monitor our calendar of events or keep track of their to do lists.
