Homes were on the market 6 months on average before they got a contract. Most of those sellers lowered their asking prices at least once before getting a contract.
Prices are still moving but the changes have been much smaller in this year. The average price so far this year is only $2,600 less than last year.

There are 44 homes for sale at the moment. They range from a 1145 sqft home asking $89,900 (a short sale) to a 4676 sqft home asking $599,900. The median size is 1895 sqft, asking $242,450.
