The Santa Fe River was clear and looking beautiful, so I grabbed some video to share with you.

Summertime is in full swing on the river -- there were some kids playing on a rope swing across the river, and there have been more people out enjoying the water -- fishing, swimming, and kayaking.

Bivens North Condo
Many people don’t know about Bivens condos. They are about a mile or so south of UF / Shands / the VA on South 13th St. The community overlooks Bivens Arm and offers a beautiful view of the water in many places.

They were built 30+ years ago and many condos have been renovated since then, so each unit I have seen is unique.  There are 2 or 3 for sale right now, here is a video of one of them.
