Our examination of market conditions in Haile Plantation is broken into quarters, based on home size.
There are 20 homes for sale that are 2,700 sqft or larger.
Traditionally larger, more expensive homes take longer to sell. In the past, 4 to 5 months was a normal time-frame to expect. In 2006 that dipped down to 3 months and so far in 2009 the average has been just over 6 months.
