I got an email yesterday that I thought I should share with you.
The sender is a mortgage broker, meaning that they work with a lot of different lenders to find people a loan rather than just within one bank.

The email said that their company (Crown Financial Mortgage Group) is offering loans for 4.375% right now…
- 30 year fixed conventional mortgage
- Must close by December 30th
- 740 credit score or higher
- No Points
- No Origination Fees
All of that sounds pretty good to me. If you are looking for a loan it’s probably worth your time to call and get a signed quote to see what all the details are.
