There are several steps you can take to protect yourself and your investment, and they are built into our work-flow when we help you buy a home.

  • Inspections (home inspection, termite inspection, etc.)
  • Survey
  • Appraisal/Valuation
  • Title Insurance
  • Homeowner’s Insurance
  • Home Warranty

I’ll be writing about the steps you can take in more depth because they each protect different aspects of the property.  Understanding how they all fit together will help you sleep better during the nights between deciding you want to buy a home and the day you get the keys.
