There are several open “green” areas, a play ground, and plenty of trees. There are also walking trails surrounding Eloise Gardens that connect it to several nearby neighborhoods. Great for joggers, hikers, or bike riders.
You enter off SW 91st St. Turning into the subdivision it’s easy to get around. You can drive in any direction and end up back at the beginning in a short time, unlike some subdivisions where it can literally take 15 minutes to get to the main road. All the homes have an elegant feel. The landscape is lush, and the color of each home has been carefully picked to compliment the neighboring home.
