Homes with land and horse lover’s properties are in a category of their own.  Some people just want the privacy that space offers, some what to live on a farm (or pretend that they do), some love the warmth of country neighbors.

Since January 1st there were 15 buyers for properties w/ larger homes (2,000+ sqft) and land (most were apx 5 acres) on the site.

Sales Breakout

• 4 homes sold for under $200,000
• 2 homes sold between $200,000 and $300,000 (these had 10 & 18 acres)
• 3 homes sold between $300,000 and $400,000
• 4 homes sold between $400,000 and $500,000
• 1 home sold at $560,000 – the highest dollar sale for this type of property so far this year.
