Haile Plantation Homes for Sale

There are 86 homes listed for sale in Haile Plantation, from a two bedroom one bath cottage, to a luxury four bedroom three bath home. The asking  prices range from $139,000 to $1,685,000.

There are 19 residences that are presently under contract waiting to clear escrow.  They range in asking price from $229,900 to $616,000.

Since April 1 to May 22  there are 9 homes that sold. They ranged in closing price from $312,000 to $790,000 and averaged $152 per sq ft.  They were on the market an average of 182 days.
