Broadmoor is a quiet community on the West side of Gainesville. Wide streets and underground utilities give an open feel to Broadmoor. In the evening many neighbors are outside, usually walking or doing yardwork. There is a community pool near the center of the neighborhood.
The homes are spacious, often with 4 bedrooms or an office. They are a contemporary design and usually have an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings. 1/3 acre lots dominate the design in Broadmoor, but there are a few larger and more private lots available.
There were 3 homes in Broadmoor sold since June of this year. They closed out at $170,000 to $215,000. They were between 1808 to 2147 square feet, and only on the market between 93 to 144 days. Their closed price puts them at $93 to $107 per sqft.

Broadmoor is such a nice subdivision and it’s in a great location. It is a relaxed & established neighborhood with sidewalks, pool, and club house.
