Blues Creek
Community Lifestyle
Blues Creek is a quiet neighborhood in northwest Gainesville. Many trees were preserved during construction so the neighborhood has a dense canopy and many hiking trails are nearby. There is a creek running through Blues Creek.
The neighborhood has a private clubhouse, pool, and tennis courts.
Residents enjoy the location because it is only a few minutes away from most destinations in Gainesville, including the Hunter's Crossing Shopping Center, but they still have easy access to several State Parks, the Ichetucknee & Santa Fe Rivers because it is on the far north side of Gainesville.
